Description
It's easy to miss the Chapel of the Holy Dove as you drive out Highway 180 past Snowbowl Road northwest of Flagstaff, Arizona. The chapel is privately owned and managed by a local church in Flagstaff. It's an A-frame style building with a gravel floor and no electricity. The chapel seats no more than 20 people (and that's a tight fit.) The church is ecumenical and is basically used for small wedding ceremonies although the doors are always open for anyone to stop and mediate.
