Description
Ring Around The Rosie by Allen Beatty
This sculpture is actually called "Crack the Whip" by Seward Johnson and is located in the park at the foot of Navy Pier in Chicago. While a fun sculpture to observe on its own, I thought it was really enhanced when a group of teenage girls decided to have some fun and complete the circle. I think they succeeded.
